Clinic Policies
Sign up for clinics weekly at club or through email or text
Sign up to be added to email list and receive weekly emails on clinics
Packages must be complete within 3 months of purchase
Clinics need a minimum of 4 players signed up for 1.5 hours
Clinics with 3 players-1 hour, 1-2 players-30 minutes
Clinics cancelled if temperature and/or wind chill are below 40

Leagues are offered for members and guests
Leagues are 6 week sessions
We offer singles and doubles leagues for all levels
Sign up for leagues in league book at club
We need at least 8 players for leagues to form

Policies

Doubles Leagues
Play 1 set with each player on your court
Players will progress up and down courts based on results
Follow your scores online
Exact lineups emailed each week before league
Find your own subs, No shows will be assessed a $20 fee
League awards/beer party at end of each session
Leave balls and score sheet at courthouse after play
No charge for subs for 1st time in session, $5 thereafter

Singles Leagues
Play 2 out of 3 sets, regular scoring
Play a new assigned match each week
If you have to miss your match, you must contact your assigned opponent to reschedule. 2 weeks to reschedule, or match is defaulted

Fixed Partner Leagues
Play with same partner throughout league
Play a 2 out of 3 set match, regular scoring
Play a new match each week

TEAMS

Teams are for members and nonmembers. We offer Ladies TCD (Tennis Competitors of Dallas) teams, Mixed TCD teams, Ladies Metro (Saturday matches) teams, and Men's and Ladies USTA teams. Contact Chris if you are interested in playing or captaining a team.

MIXERS

We also offer mixers (social tennis, no partner necessary, we mix it up and have a tennis party!) for our adult players.

We offer numerous tournaments (Member/Guest, Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Club Championships, Adult Triples Tournament, Pro/Am tournament to name a few) and mixers (social tennis, no partner necessary, we mix it up and have a tennis party!) for our adult players.
